These terms apply to your access to and use of the Anais website and app. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Anais is operated under the bibprep brand from Zwolle, The Netherlands.

Anais provides study tools for people preparing for the Dutch Basisexamen inburgering buitenland (BIB), including vocabulary review, speaking practice, reading drills, and KNS study.

Anais is an independent educational product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Dutch government, Dutch embassies, IND, DUO, or the official exam provider.

The service is currently available without payment, but we may introduce paid plans, pricing, or premium features later. If that happens, additional pricing and billing terms may apply.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law.

Account security

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email account or sign-in method secure.

Accurate information

You agree not to impersonate another person or use the service in a misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful way.

You may not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to interfere with security, availability, or other users' accounts;
• scrape, copy, or mass-download content beyond normal personal use;
• reverse engineer or probe the service to extract hidden data or source code;
• upload or submit malicious code, spam, or abusive content;
• use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or overload it.

The service, including its design, copy, software, question formatting, and original study materials, is owned by Anais or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your personal study use.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

We may modify these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted on this page.

Anais is a study aid only. We do not guarantee that using the service will result in any exam score, pass result, visa outcome, residence permit outcome, immigration decision, exemption status, appointment availability, or official eligibility outcome.

You remain responsible for checking official exam requirements, dates, fees, and government guidance from the relevant authorities.

We do not warrant that any practice content, examples, translations, study schedules, or exam-style materials will always be complete, current, officially accurate, or a substitute for official instructions.

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through the app settings where available.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if the service is discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anais and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, or expected results arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
